Synergie’s intelligent nozzle cleaning & inspection machines focus on nozzle management to significantly reduce SMT line rejection rates. Since launching the 209 series in 2018, we have continuously upgraded the product to meet diverse customer needs. We recently released the upgraded 209D series with enhanced performance.

Key innovative technologies in the new generation:

1. Auto‑focus system: Solves unstable imaging caused by varying nozzle heights, ensuring clear images after cleaning.
