On July 31, 2020, Synergie’s online exhibition on the “Nepcon Live” platform was a great success, showcasing two core products: the intelligent nozzle cleaning and inspection machine, and the closed-loop control technology for automatic solder paste feeding.

To prepare for the online exhibition, the Synergie team made thorough preparations during the hot summer. One month in advance, colleagues began preparing equipment and debugging prototypes. A week before the live broadcast, key domestic customers were invited to join a WeChat group to exchange technical insights. In the days leading up to the event, the team actively arranged exhibits, prepared presentation materials, and shared customer application cases. The full-day live broadcast from 10:00 to 17:00 was rich in content, highly relevant, and packed with practical insights.

For this online exhibition, Synergie invited three guest speakers: Mr. Xie Jiarui from the R&D Department, Mr. Yang Zejun, a nozzle management expert, and Mr. Jiang Jianlong, East China Regional Manager.

Speaker: Xie Jiarui
Graduated from Nanchang University, Senior R&D Engineer at Synergie Machinery. With years of structural design experience in the SMT industry, he has developed multiple intelligent devices widely adopted by well-known companies.

Speaker: Yang Zejun
Graduated from Guangxi University of Science and Technology, SMT Application Engineer at Synergie Machinery and expert in nozzle cleaning and management. He has helped numerous EMS manufacturers implement new nozzle management processes, which have passed audits by Huawei and Xiaomi.

Speaker: Jiang Jianlong
Sales Manager and East China Regional Manager at Synergie Machinery. He has led the successful implementation of Synergie’s proprietary nozzle management equipment at many well-known enterprises, passing audits by Huawei and Xiaomi.

Thanks to strong support from enterprises and industry media, the live broadcast attracted a huge online audience. About half an hour after the start, temporary network congestion occurred, which was quickly resolved by the technical team.

The live show concluded with an engaging Q&A session with the audience.
