Introduction
Shenzhen Synergies Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in 2009 and located in the beautiful Taiziwan, Shekou, Nanshan District, Shenzhen. It is a high-tech company that provides professional development of automated equipment, process improvement and lean services for high-tech industries such as semiconductors, communications and new energy.
The company focuses on the design and manufacture of high-end equipment automation products, it provides high-precision and high-performance automation electromechanical products. It offers comprehensive decision-making consultation, installation and commissioning, as well as on-site support services for customers' technological transformation and industrial upgrading.
In 2018, we developed an intelligent nozzle cleaning and inspection machine independently. Starting from the control of nozzles, we are committed to significantly reducing the material rejection rate of our customers' SMT production lines.
In 2020, we innovatively developed the 211 series of intelligent nozzle machines, which integrate intelligent warehousing, intelligent sorting, cleaning and inspection. This product has successfully broken the monopoly of European and American suppliers and has been introduced and applied in batches in domestic benchmark factories such as Foxconn, BYD, and Lenovo, achieving excellent results.
In 2022, Shenzhen Synergies Machinery Co.,Ltd. launched the 305 series intelligent stencil cleaning and inspection machine globally for the first time. This product innovatively combines the cleaning and inspection processes in one device, enabling multiple applications such as rapid cleaning, quick air drying, intelligent discrimination, and MES record upload.
