It integrates advanced optical inspection technology and intelligent software algorithms to perform surface scanning, inner-hole inspection and vacuum testing, enabling accurate condition assessment for all types of nozzles. The INI can also read the unique barcode of each nozzle. Combined with inspection results, nozzle status can be connected to the customer’s Manufacturing Execution System (MES) to realize full-process monitoring of pick-and-place operations.
