Synergie Machinery newly launches a green energy-saving solder saver, specially designed for manufacturers in the SMT industry. It effectively saves solder paste, reduces waste and lowers production costs.

Installation:

• Insert the squeegee blade into the groove of the plastic part, then pre-mount the product on both sides of the squeegee with M3 screws.

• Adjust the solder saver up and down to leave about 1.0mm of the blade edge exposed above the plastic surface.

• Tighten the screws to secure.

Working Principle:

Installed on both ends of the squeegee, the plastic block creates a tiny elastic deformation under pressure during printing, forming a tight seal with the stencil to retain solder paste and reduce consumption.
