2023 SbSTC New Technology Seminar Highlights

Featured at the seminar was our independently developed **211 Intelligent Nozzle Sorting & Cleaning System**. Requiring no manual intervention, the system automatically picks, places, and sorts nozzles, identifying defective units. It stores up to 3,000 nozzles and supports multiple modes: fast clean, precision clean, and single inspection. Widely used in the SMT manufacturing industry.

In early spring February, we gathered in Chongqing with passion. Exhibitors and customers explored new technical solutions and engaged face-to-face with our team. Our on-site engineers addressed every inquiry, further demonstrating the product’s value!

Synergie Machinery specializes in SMT process and automation control technology. Our 2018 intelligent nozzle cleaning & inspection machine significantly reduced SMT line rejection rates. In 2020, we launched the **211 series intelligent nozzle machine**, integrating smart storage, sorting, cleaning and inspection. It is widely deployed in leading domestic factories with excellent results.
