Review of 2022

The past year was one of great challenges and great hope. The frequent pandemic controls in the first half, daily nucleic acid testing, and the sudden wave of infections at the end of the year are still fresh in our memory. Despite all the difficulties in 2022, Synergie stood firm alongside our partners and customers, contributing together to China’s manufacturing industry.

In 2022, Shenzhen Synergie Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. launched the world’s first Model 305 intelligent stencil cleaning and inspection machine. This innovative product integrates cleaning and inspection into one unit, enabling rapid cleaning, fast drying, intelligent judgment, MES data upload and other advanced functions.

The machine solves the industry pain point of manual re-inspection after stencil cleaning. Through precision structural design, it intelligently combines stencil cleaning and inspection in one device, greatly saving customers’ space and operating costs.

Synergie’s new intelligent stencil cleaning and inspection technology includes: high-resolution inspection cameras with continuous surface scanning and intelligent recognition; high-precision stencil tension detection with 0.05N resolution; eco-friendly local ultrasonic cleaning; and more. These innovations deliver rapid cleaning, drying, intelligent judgment and MES connectivity, bringing revolutionary improvements to SMT stencil cleaning processes.

Outlook for 2023

As the shadow of the pandemic gradually fades, the dawn of economic recovery is approaching. In the new year, we will continue to develop new intelligent cleaning and inspection technologies. We are ready to work with all partners to provide better products and services, and jointly set new benchmarks for China’s intelligent manufacturing.

SMT Process & Automation Control Technology

Synergie specializes in SMT process and automation control technology. Our independently developed intelligent nozzle cleaning and inspection machine in 2018 helped customers significantly reduce SMT line rejection rates. In 2020, we launched the Model 211 intelligent nozzle system integrating smart storage, sorting, cleaning and inspection. It has been widely deployed in leading domestic factories with excellent results.
