The 1580 high-pressure washer is an automated high-pressure water cleaning device. It utilizes CNC programming control, combined with vision positioning, cleaning nozzles, and a rotating worktable (standard CNC turntable, A-axis optional), enabling six-sided and deep-hole cleaning. The entire unit can be integrated with robots for fully automated loading and unloading and continuous operation. The equipment structure includes dual cleaning heads on the Z-axis, clamps on the XY platform, an automatic top door, and a gantry robot arm, along with an independent water tank and high-pressure pump. By changing the clamps and programs, it can quickly adapt to the cleaning needs of different products.
