305 Intelligent Stencil Cleaning and Inspection Machine
The 305 series intelligent stencil cleaning and inspection machine combines cleaning and inspection in a single device, enabling rapid cleaning, rapid drying, intelligent discrimination, and MES record upload. Through precise structural design, the cleaning and inspection functions are integrated into one machine, reducing manual re-inspection after cleaning and saving customer space and operating costs.

Main features

  • Integrated cleaning, drying and testing, no manual handling required;
  • Water-based cleaning process, no flash point or ignition point, safe and reliable;
  • Multiple water purification methods, including local ultrasonic waves, high-pressure water, atomized water, and compressed air combined with program control;

Cleaning methods and procedures

  • The stencil cleaning process is equipped with two cleaning heads, and the two heads perform cleaning simultaneously.
  • Constant temperature solvent rinsing removes chemical impurities on the surface of the stencil and in the opening area;
  • Local ultrasonic cleaning removes stubborn and solidified solder paste in the opening area;
  • Pure water rinsing removes residual solvents;
  • Compressed air blowing removes residual liquids and automatically dries the stencil.
