212 Smart Nozzle Storage Cabinet
The 212 series intelligent nozzle storage cabinet addresses the pain points of nozzles on SMT production lines, namely their small size, scattered location, high cost, and difficulty in management. It automates the classification, sorting, and tray distribution of nozzles, eliminating the need for manual contact during production and use. Through intelligent identification software, the system also enables full lifecycle management of nozzles from warehousing and requisition to maintenance.

The 212 series intelligent nozzle storage cabinet system is equipped with multi-layer storage grids, supporting bulk storage and retrieval of nozzles from mainstream pick-and-place machines such as Fuji, Panasonic, and ASM. It can also be configured with special mesh format storage disks for scattered storage and retrieval, and is compatible with the reading, identification, and storage of non-standard nozzles.
