October 28, 2026 — Shenzhen Synergies Machinery Co., Ltd (Synergie) will introduce its 211 Smart Nozzle Cleaner on Universal Instruments’ Booth 2435 at the 2026 SMTA International Expo in Rosemont, IL on October 27–29. The company will feature additional solutions on Booth 2426 at the show.

 Synergie’s 211 Smart Nozzle Cleaner is an automated SMT maintenance system that cleans, inspects, sorts, and manages placement machine nozzles. It utilizes intelligent multi-dimensional cleaning technology and high-precision vision inspection to effectively examine nozzle tips and remove solder paste, dust and foreign particles, with the potential to significantly reduce component pick failures and placement defects. 

The 211 Smart Nozzle Cleaner is compatible with Universal Instruments platforms and many other SMT machine brands. The “On the booth”, product experts will demonstrate the machine with certified pallets created for Universal’s EPIQx platform.
