DEK (UK) Entrusts Synergie to Develop 3D Stencil Cleaning Solution

DEK, the world’s leading provider of circuit board printing equipment, has recently entrusted our company through its Asian branch ASM Singapore Ltd. to develop a 3D stencil cleaning solution for its customer in Thailand.

3D stencil technology has emerged as a new technology in the electronics manufacturing industry in recent years, mainly applied in IC packaging, special safety circuits and other fields. Different from traditional 2D flat stencils, the printing surface of 3D stencils features raised or recessed micro-regions, making conventional stencil cleaning technologies unable to meet cleaning requirements.

After long-term research, Synergie’s engineers have developed an effective wiping method that thoroughly solves the problem of incomplete cleaning and achieves excellent technical results.
