High-Precision Eddy Current Testing Calibration System Passed Customer Acceptance
Our company has designed and developed a 3-axis gantry eddy current testing calibration system for a research institute of the China Academy of Space Technology in Northwest China, and the equipment has been officially accepted by the customer.
The system measures 1000mm (L) × 1000mm (W) × 760mm (H), with a total weight of approximately 180kg and an X-axis travel of 800mm. The control software was independently developed by Synergie’s engineering team. The equipment is controlled via an industrial PC with a user-friendly interface and simulation mode for intuitive operation. The 3-axis motion system carries the testing probe across the working platform: X and Y axes are driven by servo motors and control cards for high-speed movement with repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.01mm. The Z-axis provides height adjustment, and the probe assembly can rotate 360° clockwise and counterclockwise. Featuring micron-level motion control, the system achieves large travel, high speed, precise positioning, full 3D inspection, and a compact mechanical design.
