At the request of BYD’s Huizhou plant, our company successfully developed a new vacuum positioning fixture. This fixture solves the positioning problem of the circuit boards produced by BYD for Samsung on DEK printers. With this fixture, BYD achieves unprecedented production volumes while maintaining high accuracy and repeatability in positioning and printing coating. The yield rate has been significantly increased from 92% to over 98%, enabling cost-effective packaging manufacturing and greatly improving both production capacity and quality.
