Recently, our company, together with the South China Institute of Industrial Research of Huazhong University of Science and Technology, has successfully developed an automatic material arranging machine for a large state-owned enterprise in the Pearl River Delta. Independently developed by Synergie Machinery, the equipment adopts advanced 3D computer design, precision machining technology and sophisticated software control, realizing fully automated production for the customer.

Traditional material arranging relies heavily on manual operation, resulting in low efficiency, inconsistent quality and labor shortages during peak production periods, which has long been a production bottleneck for the customer. Against the backdrop of industrial upgrading, workforce optimization and efficiency improvement across the Pearl River Delta, Synergie Machinery actively responded to national initiatives and collaborated with the South China Institute of Industrial Research to support customers’ industrial transformation. It is believed that this equipment developed by Synergie will bring substantial economic benefits to the customer in the near future.
