NEPCON China 2023 concluded successfully at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition & Convention Center. At the exhibition, Synergie Shenzhen joined partners from across the country for this premier electronics industry event. Let’s look back at the highlights from Synergie’s booth.

The exhibition focused on semiconductor packaging, LED chip testing, intelligent warehousing and flexible manufacturing, covering key trends in automotive electronics, semiconductor packaging and electronic manufacturing. With unique technological advantages, Synergie attracted a large number of visitors and professionals, who stopped to communicate and explore cooperation at the booth.

The 305 stencil cleaning & inspection machine was a star product. Visitors were impressed by its integrated cleaning and inspection functions, including fast washing, drying, intelligent judgment and MES data upload. It solves the industry pain point of manual re-inspection after stencil cleaning by combining washing and inspection in one compact unit, greatly saving space and operating costs.

Alongside the 305, the 211 automatic nozzle cleaning & inspection machine launched in 2019 remained highly popular thanks to its strong compatibility. It supports mainstream nozzles from Fuji, Panasonic, Siemens and others by simply changing trays, with no complex parts replacement. The system holds up to 3,000 nozzles or 30 magazines, with automatic pick-and-place and sorting of defective units — fully automatic and highly stable.

In addition to equipment displays, Director Yang of Synergie delivered a speech on “Closed-Loop Cleaning Technology and Applications”. He introduced the closed-loop cleaning process and shared case studies of stencil and nozzle cleaning, helping the audience and online viewers better understand the technology and its industrial applications.
