The 305 Series Intelligent Stencil Cleaning & Inspection Machine is developed and upgraded by Shenzhen Synergie Machinery based on its intelligent cleaning & inspection platform. It combines cleaning and inspection functions, featuring a cleaning mechanism that performs multi-stage cleaning: water rinse → ultrasonic solvent wash → water rinse. After cleaning, an inspection unit verifies cleanliness. This design reduces process steps and footprint while improving efficiency and lowering production costs.

Addressing the industry pain point of manual re-inspection after stencil cleaning, this machine ingeniously integrates cleaning and inspection through precision engineering. Equipped with high-precision vision cameras scanning both sides of the stencil and intelligent software recognition, it enables rapid cleaning, drying, defect detection, and MES data logging — a breakthrough innovation for SMT stencil cleaning.
