To boost staff motivation, foster active communication, mutual trust, teamwork and a shared sense of purpose, and strengthen responsibility and belonging while showcasing team spirit, some employees from Synergie Machinery and its partner company Xingong Electromechanical Equipment Co., Ltd. participated in a team-building activity in Qingyuan in November 2021 under the theme: “The market is the ocean, the enterprise is the ship, quality is the sail, and we are the helmsmen.”

Through the event, we gained a deeper understanding of the importance of coordination, unified command, effective leadership and efficient execution for achieving team goals, as well as the unique value of every member.

The activity concluded successfully with enthusiastic participation.
