The factory mainly produces hardware tools. In recent years, labor costs in the Pearl River Delta have been rising, creating a strong demand for stable, healthy and reliable frontline workers. At present, the production line mainly uses low-end and simple tools, which have disadvantages such as high noise, heavy dust and high labor demand.

After thoroughly studying the company’s production process, our engineering team provided an automated solution for its polishing and grinding process. The curved-surface grinding machine developed under this solution can reduce labor intensity, increase production capacity, and reduce dust and noise pollution. It is an ideal automated production equipment for the industry, filling a gap in this field.
