Light autumn rain brought a hint of coolness, but the Greater Bay Area Exhibition Center remained bustling throughout the three-day 2021 NEPCON ASIA. Synergie made a stunning appearance with its innovative new product — the Intelligent Nozzle Cleaning & Sorting System, attracting great attention and recognition from customers nationwide.

1. What new products and solutions did you showcase? What are their highlights and customer benefits?

As smart devices become lighter and more compact, SMT factories demand higher process control. Traditional nozzle management relies on manual handling, which is labor-intensive and prone to damage and contamination. The 5G era calls for more efficient nozzle management solutions.

Synergie launched the brand-new 211C Series Intelligent Nozzle Sorting & Cleaning System in 2021, featuring independent storage grids for automatic distribution and management of all mainstream nozzle types, greatly reducing manual reliance. Key advantages include:

• Intelligent sorting: automatic pick-and-sort directly from nozzle changers

2. How do you respond to the trend of smarter, finer electronics and high-mix, low-volume production?

Electronics are growing more intelligent and precise to meet diverse customer needs, forcing manufacturers to accelerate upgrades and challenge automation and process capabilities.

The integrated cleaning-and-inspection concept has set industry benchmarks. After NEPCON 2021, Synergie will launch a disruptive stencil cleaning & inspection machine.
