On December 11, leveraging the SbSTC New Technology Seminar hosted by SMT China Magazine, Shenzhen Synergie Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. traveled to the beautiful coastal city of Xiamen to showcase its latest nozzle cleaning and management technologies to customers in Fujian and Taiwan regions.

In recent years, high-tech enterprises in Xiamen and the southeast coastal areas have vigorously developed the electronic information industry, expanding widely in network communications and automotive electronics to build the new brand “Xiamen Intelligence”. This has driven growing demand for advanced manufacturing and smart production technologies. During the event, over 300 technical experts gathered, including scholars from Xiamen University, industry representatives led by Sanan Optoelectronics, and solution providers like Synergie Machinery, to discuss and exchange insights on new technology development and applications.

Synergie’s intelligent nozzle cleaning and inspection machines address the industry pain points of frequent material supply fluctuations and shortages of high-end electronic components. They enable effective nozzle management, reduce material loss, and improve product quality for customers.

During the seminar, technical executives from multiple listed companies showed great interest in Synergie’s products, with the booth constantly crowded with visitors. A technical manager from a local automotive electronics company even invited Synergie’s engineers to their production site the next day for an on-site demonstration and further technical exchanges.

The Xiamen leg of the 2020 SbSTC New Technology Seminar was the final stop of the year’s national tour. In 2020, supported by customers across China’s electronics manufacturing industry, Synergie Machinery did not slow down due to pandemic lockdowns. Instead, we seized the opportunity to recruit talent nationwide and accelerate R&D of new products and technologies. Within months, we launched the mid-range 207 series and the high-end flagship 211 series, catering to diverse customer needs. In the coming year, Synergie will focus more on industrial application technologies, strive to improve product quality, build reliable products, and continue leading the domestic market in nozzle management technology.
