Sales Representative (Shenzhen, Multiple Openings)
Salary: Negotiable

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for product sales in Shenzhen area, develop and implement sales plans to achieve individual and team targets.

2. Explore new markets, develop new customers, maintain existing client relationships and build long-term partnerships.

3. Understand customer needs, provide professional consulting and solutions to improve satisfaction and market share.

4. Collect market intelligence, analyze competitor activities, and support product strategy and marketing planning.

Requirements:

1. College degree or above; Marketing, Mechanical Engineering or related majors preferred.

2. Experience in machinery equipment sales is a plus.

3. Good communication, negotiation and teamwork skills; able to work under pressure.

Sales Representative (East China Office)
Salary: Negotiable

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for machinery equipment sales in East China, formulate and execute sales plans to meet individual and team goals.

2. Actively develop new markets and clients, maintain existing accounts and establish stable long-term cooperation.

3. Collect and analyze market data, understand customer demands, and provide data support for sales strategies and product solutions.

4. Participate in contract negotiation, signing and execution, conduct after-sales follow-up to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

1. College degree or above; Mechanical, Marketing or related majors preferred.

2. At least 2 years of equipment sales experience; familiarity with East China market and industry trends is a plus.

3. Excellent communication, negotiation and business development skills; able to independently develop and manage clients.

4. Strong resilience and team spirit.

Sales Engineer
Salary: Negotiable

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for automation equipment sales to 3C electronics manufacturing and assembly enterprises in East China; expand domestic market.

2. Draft solutions, prepare and submit bids; handle quotations, orders, delivery documents, reconciliation, invoicing and payment collection.

3. Provide pre-sales consultation and after-sales support, maintain key accounts, develop agents and improve performance.

4. Research market trends, identify customer needs, plan product image. High performers may promote to Sales Manager or Product Manager.

Requirements:

1. Proactive personality, strong communication skills, able to handle work pressure.

2. Science or engineering background; proficient in office software, basic e-commerce operations; motivated in electronics manufacturing automation.

3. Valid driver’s license is preferred.

4. Experience in production management at large SMT factories is a plus.

Pre-sales Engineer
Salary: Negotiable

Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support and advice to the sales team based on corporate strategy and sales targets.

2. Analyze customer needs and deliver customized solutions combining product features.

3. Assist in preparing technical proposals and bidding documents including technical architecture and product descriptions.

4. Join sales negotiations, answer inquiries, and conduct solution and product demonstrations.

5. Manage project implementation including system integration, commissioning, testing and launch.

6. Provide after-sales technical support and resolve customer technical issues.

7. Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to share customer and market feedback.

8. Participate in industry exhibitions and technical seminars to track technology and market trends.

Requirements:

1. Science or engineering background, major in Mechanical Engineering; able to work under pressure and solve technical problems independently.

2. Positive attitude, strong learning ability and good communication skills.
