On March 6, the NEPCON Intelligent Manufacturing Innovation Summit concluded successfully at Suzhou International Expo Center. The 305 Intelligent Stencil Cleaning & Inspection Machine is designed for SMT stencil cleaning and maintenance. It integrates stencil cleaning and inspection functions, effectively solving the industry pain point of manual re-inspection after stencil cleaning.

1. All-in-one: cleaning, drying and inspection, fully automatic operation without manual intervention.

2. Built-in high-precision vision camera scans both sides of the stencil. Combined with intelligent software recognition, it enables fast cleaning, fast drying, intelligent judgment and MES data upload.

3. Supports GERBER file import and template comparison, no complex programming required.

The two machines showcased at NEPCON demonstrate Synergie’s technical strength and innovation in the SMT field.
